Message connection at all for these components. Assuming all of the fuses checked out OK as you indicated in your email (double check the "Illum" fuse), then I think you may have lost a ground connection somewhere. Also, don't rule out the new alternator. Is it possible that a connection has come loose or has been overloaded from the higher output?
